Val Gardena is surrounded by the stunning Dolomite Mountains, which have been part of the UNESCO world heritage since 2009. Our house is in Ortisei, ‘main village’ of Val Gardena.
1236 m above sea level, Ortisei is a traditional town with a beautiful pedestrian area in its center. You can easily reach the ski lifts to the near-by Seceda, Alpe di Siusi and Resciesa mountains, on foot or by skibus in winter.

The Val Mesdì is one of the best places for deep snow addicts! In addition, the Alpine School Catores offers ski mountaineering, snowshoeing and ice climbing.
In case of bad weather, the public swimming pool “Mar Dolomit” in Ortisei is the ideal place to entertain the whole family.
